Withdrawal from contract

You can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, receive the goods (for an order delivered in parts, from receipt of the last part). The deadline is met if you send the form no later than on the last day of the period.

Fill in the form below and send it with the “Confirm withdrawal” button. We will e-mail you, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal, including its content and the date and time it was sent, to the address you provide.

Then send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal to Colombe, Galéria Cubicon, Staré Grunty 24, 841 04 Bratislava, Slovakia. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods; we do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal we refund all payments, including the original delivery charge (up to the price of the least expensive standard delivery we offer to your country), using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you show proof of having sent them.
